Disability Inclusion Program Manager - 19 month FTC, Workforce Candidate Engagement
DESCRIPTION
This is a 19 month FTC role
Amazons EU Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a highly motivated Program Manager focused on furthering Amazons culture of inclusivity through tailored hiring programs which support underrepresented talent pools. You must be able to:
1. Work cross-functionally and as part of an international team with various stakeholders at all levels to create and scale programs and initiatives
2. Deliver on agreed programs goal, whilst working on initiatives to improve existing processes
3. Be a self-starter who can navigate program delivery challenges
