Their plant operates 24/7 to deliver high-quality bioethanol and animal feed, with an emphasis on innovation and asset reliability.We’re looking for a E&I Planner To lead the Maintenance Process (Planning) team and deliver planned work to enable scheduling of 100% of working hours available on a weekly basis, also driving a 6-week work execution plan and to support upcoming Interventions & TARs. Drive the VMP from a planning perspective to support optimised continuous production activities and prevent loss of throughput and/or efficiency that might affect commercial profit and loss. Plan for upcoming interventions and TAR’s.Responsibilities:Review work orders for completeness and returns work orders to gatekeeper if incompleteReview work order for adequate definition of required solution, liaise with the Technical Team as required if adequate further technical solution definition is requiredUse, where possible, an archived plan for basis of actual planIdentify task parts, activities, tools, services and equipment necessary to execute jobPrepare work packs, detailing parts, services, resource, duration and cost data in CMMSPrepare Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) including Permit RequestUses “quality feedback” from the Technician to optimise the WO contents and then Archives job plansMaintain the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan all maintenance and engineering work on sitePlan work to fill a “six-week schedule” making the most effective and efficient use of available resources together with making dynamic decision based on operational needsPlan On Site and Off Site maintenance disciplines, to ensure the optimum time to perform jobs for PM and statutory compliance and maximum efficiency are achieved consistentlyLiaise with Maintenance Assistant/Stores and Procurement for material/ spares and repair status till received by the maintenance departmentAnalyse CMMS metrics and providing reports on resource utilisationProviding input into any staffing changes that may be necessary based on historical trends and forecastsDevelop outage/ shutdown planned work as necessary to optimise workflowMaintain and manage weekly and monthly metrics, logs and records to assist in KPI trackingWork closely and develop good working relationships with external support companies to deliver requirements for 24/7 operationsSeek out and specify isolation envelopes to enable safe execution of workTo understand the MAPP – Major Accident Prevention Policy – POL-HSE-001 Have an awareness of the ISO management systems that the company adheres to for Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Energy and Quality Management (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 5001 & ISO 9001).Qualifications and skills: NVQ level 3 Qualified in a relevant discipline Previous exposure to an upper tier COMAH site Experience in maintenance planning Experience working with CMMS systems (AX Dynamics preferable) Ability to interpret OEM manuals, data sheets and various other drawings in order to present the required information to the technicians to enable work execution Our clientsIn simple terms our clients convert locally sourced feed wheat into both bioethanol, a more environmentally friendly transport fuel, and a highly nutritious animal feed for the dairy industry.
