Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a nurse with dermatology experience to join our small team as a Band 7 Nurse Specialist delivering high quality service to patients in Norfolk and Waveney. Candidates can expect to undertake nurse led clinics, minor surgical procedures and leadership of nurses within the team alongside the Advanced Dermatology Nurse Main duties of the job The Dermatology NurseSpecialist(DNS) will be competent to work in all nurse-led clinics. These could include a range of service-related activities such as: minor skin surgery (including suturing), cryotherapy, Photodynamic Therapy (PDT), skin cancer, isotretinoin, biologics and other systemic drug therapies. The DNS will provide expert evidence-based advice in relation to the care of people with dermatological conditions. To coordinate service provision, providing professional expertise, care and support to those needing treatment for dermatological conditions and their families.
