Respond to needs of doctors and nurses during surgery 14. Collect payments from patients for non-NHS services 15. Deal with general enquiries and complaints Filing and Administration 16. Pulling Lloyd George envelopes when requested by doctors 17. Summarising of patient notes 18. Read coding and scanning of daily post 19. Assisting with insurance paperwork 20. Assisting with QOF work and any other initiative run by the Practice General 21. Input and extract information from Practice computer system 22. Observe health and safety guidelines at all times 23. General housekeeping (e.g. keeping reception and waiting areas tidy) 24. Any other reasonable duties as necessary
