Your Role:
As a Helpdesk Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating our engineering teams, ensuring service efficiency and compliance. Your role will involve:
* Supporting Contract Leadership: Assisting Contract Supervisors and the Account Manager in managing daily operations.
* Coordinating Engineering Teams: Using our CAFM system to schedule engineers effectively for both planned and reactive maintenance.
* Performance Monitoring & Compliance: Tracking contract performance, ensuring SLA adherence, and maintaining statutory compliance.
* Documentation & Administration: Managing records, generating reports, and supporting financial processes like job costing and invoicing.
* Out-of-Hours Support: Ensuring service excellence by meeting KPIs for response time and issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a helpdesk, scheduling, or coordination role within facilities management or a similar industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in CAFM systems and MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with engineers, clients, and stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and service optimisation.
