Key Responsibilities as Lead Engineer will be to: Be the frontline expert for all engineering needs, providing creative and practical solutions. Optimise machine availability and establish a robust maintenance schedule in line with TPM principles. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement. Work with production teams to ensure seamless operations and hit internal KPIs. Build strong relationships with suppliers to reduce reliance and control maintenance costs through root cause problem-solving. What We're Looking For: Someone with a background in electrical and mechanical engineering. Hands-on experience with complex electro-mechanical products in fast-paced, made-to-order manufacturing. Strong problem-solving mindset, lean manufacturing expertise, and proficiency with 5S principles. A self-starter who thrives on influencing through example and builds effective relationships across teams. The successful candidate will: - A passion for clean, efficient, and innovative work environments. Proven ability to deliver cost savings through efficiency improvements. Effective communication and decision-making skills with a flair for creative problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping software.
