About the Role
Reporting into the CRM Manager, this role is responsible for supporting with the day-to-day delivery of the CRM communications plan to our group CRM database.
This role will support with the build and deployment of relevant, compelling, and targeted Consumer Led campaigns based on consumer and business needs to deliver incremental returns, support the wider trading and commercial objectives, and drive long-term consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities – What you’ll be doing
1. Ensuring vouchers are set-up, tested and maintained.
2. Competitions set-up and winners selected.
3. Support with budget management and purchase order raising.
4. Testing & proofing comms.
5. Data brief writing and updates.
6. Work with CRM manager and analytics partner to support with the delivery of targeted communications, from test and learn through to full deployment, resulting in relevant offers and content being delivered in a timely manner to our consumers through multiple channels.
7. Work with key stakeholder groups to translate business requirement into a direct consumer activation plan.
8. Capture and consolidate requirements of key internal stakeholders, including wider marketing, trading, the clinical team, propositions, and our joint venture partners.
9. In conjunction with CRM Managers, build an optimum consumer contact plan which maximises the consumer growth opportunity and impact against priorities identified.
10. Be the “voice of our consumers” using insight, response, and consumer analysis to shape and influence expectation and scope future opportunities.
11. Work with partner marketing teams to deliver joined up messaging, campaigns, content utilising our brand guidelines & TOV.
12. Support the CRM Manager to work with commercial teams (Trading and Commercial Finance) to develop and agree business cases for testing.
13. Work with the Analytics to understand opportunities, agree testing methodologies and analyse results.
About You – What you’ll bring to the role
1. Educated to degree level, ideally with a relevant marketing qualification and substantial experience.
2. Experienced in managing consumer relationship marketing programmes.
3. Strong team player, who has a track record of building strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in the business.
4. Possess excellent organisational skills and a willingness to be “hands on” including proofing and potential copy writing.
5. Possess a consumer “empathy” i.e. a passion for understanding and responding to consumer needs and potential.
