About the Role:
On a day-to-day basis you will:
1. Provide support to the Senior Process Worker on a daily basis to perform tasks required to meet the production targets in the most efficient and timely manner.
2. Set and maintain a high standard of work, communication and consideration for fellow workers across shifts.
3. Provide coaching and advice to other Process Workers leading to continually improving efficiency, standards of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), safety and quality.
4. Contribute to the efficient and effective production / Manufacture of Finished Licensed and Special products in accordance with written procedures (Work Orders/Departmental Instructions/SOPs) and cGMP through the application of job specific and personal skills in a safe and timely manner to achieve the planned production targets.
5. Ensure that the recording of tasks and events on work orders and associated in-process documentation is carried out in real time and accurately.

6. Experience working in manufacturing related industries, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals with GMP standards
7. GCSE or equivalent in Math’s and English
8. Previous experience of working with a quality management system
9. Intermdiate IT skills
