TwentyAI are partnered with a prestigious privately owned bank who are looking for a Data Enablement Analyst for a fixed term contract of 12 months. They are going through a major period of transformation across the bank as they work to improve their service offering & customer experience and need an experience Data Enablement Analyst to work in line with finance and treasury to identify critical data within the bank and build out data quality metrics. There will be a strong focus on engagement with data stewards and senior members of the business as well as the utilisation of SQL and Power BI. As such, strong, demonstratable stakeholder management experience at a senior level is critical to be successful in this role. Role Responsibilities: Engage with data owners and stewards to understand the critical process and data issues for their domains. Identify the critical data within the bank, code data quality metrics and build data quality dashboards. Engage with the business to understand requirements, drive action plans, share results and monitor the improvements made. Proactively self-educate on current systems to ensure data outputs are maintained. Have a focus on enhancements/new systems that can better processes and data management/accuracy. Job Requirements: Coding and querying skills in SQL. Strong proficiency with Power BI or a similar reporting tool. Experience in extracting, documenting, validating and reporting data quality and lineage. Experience in impementing Data Governance frameworks. Understanding of legal and regulatory data requirements, including UK GDPR. A problem solver and able to apply coding skills to examine systems. Able to adapt to different languages and architecture. Able to communicate with both technical individuals and the wider business, acting as a translator between business needs and data requirements. This is a hybrid role based in London.
