Executive Assistant (EA) - Growing Company with Innovative Technology - Supportive Working Environment
Planet Pharma is currently working with a growing company based in Bristol who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the business and support some of the C-suite members of the team.
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and CTO across all aspects of calendar and inbox management. You will also have some office management responsibilities. Other responsibilities will include:
* Communication handling whilst acting as a liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders
* Organising travel plans including booking flights, accommodations and transportation
* Drafting, reviewing and editing reports, presentations and other documents
* Inbox management - tracking email inbox to ensure business opportunities aren't missed

For this position, our client is looking for someone who has experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly having experience working as an EA for C-suite members. Ideally, you will come from working in a technical/engineering/scientific industry, and you'll be happy to carry out some personal assistant and office management activities as part of the role.
