Savages Personal Management is a highly successful boutique talent agency representing Actors, Directors and Creatives in Theatre, Film and TV, based in our office in Hammersmith, London W6.
Excellent, full-time opportunity for someone already working as an Agent/Assistant in Theatre, film/TV and Commercials to join this successful agency with a view to managing the office in the near future.
Working as part of a small, friendly team passionate about their clients. This opportunity would allow you to grow with the business, facilitating opportunities in Theatre, Film and Television across the globe for existing clients as well as finding and nurturing new talent.
ROLE
* Maintaining and developing professional relationships with Clients, Producers and Production Companies
* Accessing new business opportunities for clients, submitting talent suggestions and reading scripts for potential projects
* Managing Client’s diary online, liaising with production companies to ensure availability and confirm bookings when offered
* Negotiating deals, drafting contracts, creating invoices and chasing payments
* Creating online profiles for new clients, collating biographies, updating CVs, managing and promoting Clients on social media and in industry press
* Watching Clients' work and attending industry events
* Sourcing and interviewing potential new talent
* General office admin and supporting the Directors with a view to taking over management of the office within 6-12 months.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 2 years industry experience essential to understand Client’s requirements and give accurate advice
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills – phone and email
* Knowledge of contracts and deal memos, good contacts/relationships with Producers and production companies
* Strong team player with passion for the industry and an excellent work ethic
* Experience with Macs, Tagmin and proficiency with MS Office essential
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Based at the office in Lyric Hammersmith Theatre, London, W6, with possible options for hybrid working once training is complete
* 10.00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, including some additional work attending showcases and supporting client productions.
