Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Hybrid Test and QA Lead, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing QA governance frameworks to drive quality and efficiency across our operations.
You will work closely with our Service Delivery team to establish processes that ensure high-quality control and transparency, while also engaging with other areas of the business to identify opportunities for improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain QA governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
* Design and implement effective engagement strategies to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder inquiries related to the Test & QA Centre of Excellence.
* Analyze and report progress against Quality KPIs, forecasting trends to inform strategic decision-making.
* Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with management teams to drive business objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
* Demonstrated expertise in establishing robust enterprise-wide test and QA governance frameworks in a regulated environment.
* Proven ability to manage resource demand, capacity, and utilization in a transformational environment.
* Experience in technology risk management and control, including compliance and audit processes.
* Strong track record of working with senior internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
