About the role
Working independently within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures, you will work within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support the development of the service and ensure quality assurance.
Our clinical teams help create empowering environments where our pupils can flourish, always prioritizing their needs. All settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them whenever possible.

* Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT)
* Registered with the HCPC
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
* Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including complex trauma, mental health needs, and behaviors of concern
* Proven ability to lead and manage strategically
* Ability to collaborate with key partners
* Ability to work sensitively and resolve conflicts effectively
* Continuing professional development relevant to the setting
* Substantial post-qualification experience with adults
* Experience in lecturing, teaching, or training
* Skills in data management, including collection and analysis to inform service delivery and development
