We’re seeking an experienced individual with a background in service-led industries such as Waste Management, Facilities Management, Logistics, or Cleaning Services. In this role, you’ll work with senior decision-makers, take the lead on tenders, and deliver tailored solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: You will drive growth across our key markets of North East England and Yorkshire by securing large regional contracts in the private sector. Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Lead tenders and create compelling proposals. Oversee the contract implementation process and ensure smooth handover to the Account Management team. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in Business Development within service-led industries such as Waste, Facilities Management, or Logistics. Strong financial acumen with a solid background in bid writing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
