Junior Account Manager – FinTech
Location: Cheltenham - Remote
Reporting to: Head of Business Development
Job Purpose:
Join our dynamic team at BAT as a Junior Account Manager, focusing on AI solutions for compliance in retail financial services. This role offers a unique blend of training, onboarding, administration, and operational responsibilities. You will work closely with our compliance software interface, handle support tickets, and contribute to client retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Demonstrate and educate clients on how to use our tools effectively.
Account Management: Respond to client inquiries and manage accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Software Development: Contribute to software design changes by providing feedback on client requirements.
Support Coordination: Assist the account management team in efficiently handling client requests and delivering services.
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent qualification.
Relevant financial services qualifications are a plus.
Skills:
Strong IT skills with experience in databases and cloud solutions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable with a keen attention to detail.
A 'can-do' attitude and high degree of flexibility.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions.
Experience:
