The Role
As the UK-based single point of contact (POC) for this global initiative, you will collaborate with teams based in India and the US, representing TCS in client interactions. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless communication and delivery, helping to lead technical developments and solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and debug C++ code, ensuring high-quality, efficient performance.
* Work closely with global teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories.
* Ensure the successful delivery of solutions through active participation in sprints and daily stand-ups.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows and project outcomes.
* Act as a key interface between the business and technical teams, facilitating communication and driving solutions forward.
* Coordinate project activities following the Scrum framework, managing sprints and stakeholder engagements.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members when needed.
Your Profile
Key Skills/Experience:
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in C++ development.
* Proficient in C++ coding and debugging.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and documentation.
* Experience in agile methodologies, including Scrum, sprints, and daily stand-ups.
Good to Have:
* Knowledge of assembly language would be an added advantage.
