We’re on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist, proficient in email marketing and workflow development who loves to problem solve, experiment, and use marketing automation tactics to drive conversions. The Role: As we pursue our ambitious growth plans, we need an individual who can communicate our brand mission and values through innovative email marketing campaigns. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimise marketing automation strategies to drive engagement, website traffic, generate leads, and increase our overall market share. Additionally, you will take complete ownership of our marketing automation platform to create seamless and personalised experiences for our audiences, ensuring that our marketing efforts and targeted communications are effective in generating leads. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Automation Platform Management: Manage and optimise the use of our brand-new marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency. Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies. Develop and manage automated workflows, moving leads through the sales funnel. Campaign Management: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives. Conduct A/B tests to optimise campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements. Monitor and analyse the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements. Data Management: Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalised email campaigns. Analyse customer data and behaviour to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows. Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Content Development: Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns. Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalisation to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates. Strategy and Optimisation: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation enhancements to optimise marketing efforts and drive efficiencies. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in marketing automation to ensure we remain competitive.
