Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager at Small Steps Children's Home (ssch Ltd) located in Birmingham. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to fill the position of Registered Manager, this individual must be able to deliver high-quality care in line with CQC regulations along with showing a continuous passion about making a difference in the lives of young people. Responsibilities for this role includes The Registered Manager will be responsible for: Overseeing daily operations Managing staff and Strong Team Leadership Ensuring compliance with regulations Providing high-quality care services.
