Package Overview:
1. Basic Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
2. Full-Time, Permanent Position
3. Location: Hatfield
4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
5. Annual Leave: 30 days including Bank Holidays

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a reliable and highly organised PPM & Service Coordinator to join their team.
PPM & Service Coordinator - Role and Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the Service & Maintenance Manager to support daily operations
2. Logging service calls and scheduling works
3. Liaising directly with clients regarding service and maintenance appointments
4. Coordinating Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules
5. Preparing all associated PPM documentation
6. Raising purchase orders and ordering required parts for new works
7. Drafting quotes for new and existing clients
8. Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
9. Booking travel and accommodation for engineers (hotels, flights, parking)
10. Organising permits where required
11. Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and compliant with industry standards
PPM & Service Coordinator - Skills and Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in a similar role within the security industry (Essential)
2. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
