* Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as finance requests and document management
* Monitoring new instructions and ensuring accurate data input
* Assisting with billing and purchase order requests
* Preparing and distributing weekly reports
* Managing team inboxes and post
* Diary and meeting management
About You:
* Administrative experience
* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
* The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Confidence in producing and formatting documents accurately
