Breaks: 1 x 30 minutes (PAID) 1 x 15 minutes (UNPAID) Shift Pattern: 3 week rotating Week 1: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:00, Friday 06:00 - 18:00 Week 2: Monday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:00 Week 3: Monday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:00 As a key member of our Quality team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include: Carry out PFS Audits: Drive excellence by validating products and processes, ensuring any issues are reported quickly and effectively. Collaborate with Production: Work side-by-side with the production team to investigate issues and implement rapid solutions. Daily Updates: Keep the Quality Manager in the loop with daily updates on audit findings and incidents, ensuring clear and timely communication. Incident Management: Be the go-to person for factory incidents, investigating, controlling, and closing them out with improvements on time. Quality Champion: Be the ambassador for quality across the factory, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Calibration & Testing: Oversee calibration of equipment and ensure micro testing is completed on time, with retests when necessary. Non-Conformance Investigation: Investigate all NCRs and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence through root cause analysis. Food Safety & Quality Investigations: Take charge of all Quality and Food Safety investigations and ensure detailed reports are communicated to the Quality Manager. Taste Panel: Lead the daily taste panel, ensuring product quality is maintained and results are communicated effectively. OOS Product Management: Act swiftly to place OOS products on hold or initiate repairs as needed, ensuring no compromise on quality. Glass & Plastic Audits: Ensure audits are completed on schedule, resolving any issues efficiently. Post-Clean Inspections: Conduct ATP and allergen swabbing to confirm cleanliness and audit cleaning standards. Paperwork & Records: Maintain accurate daily records and archived samples for quick access during complaints or audits. Customer Complaints: Support timely and accurate investigations of customer complaints, ensuring the best resolutions. Chocolate Tanker Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of chocolate tankers to ensure the highest quality. Waiver Management: Raise waivers as necessary to ensure compliance and smooth production. CCP Training: Train operational staff on Critical Control Points (CCP), ensuring food safety practices are followed. Rework/Repair Sign-off: Approve all rework and repair tasks, ensuring they meet quality standards. Cleaning Standards Audits: Perform regular cleaning audits to maintain a clean and safe production environment. Track Progress: Complete the Technical Tracker daily, ensuring all tasks are documented and tracked efficiently.
