A well established Blackpool company are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to help them through a very busy period of trading. They are a friendly bunch with a no nonsense attitude and very much a "work hard - play hard" attitude.
The duties for the Accounts Assistant will include :
* Daily processing of purchase ledger invoices.
* Input invoices on to debtors and creditors control accounts.
* Dealing with incoming cheques and bank payments.
* Credit Control Duties
* Querying payments with Local Authority and NHS organisations.
* Banking cheques on a weekly basis.
* Dealing with client account queries.
* Reconciling bank account every month.
* Reconciling company credit card monthly.
* Input payroll journals and reconcile gross wage to net wage.
* Reconcile income generated monthly
This assignment will be for a minimum of 3 months but there is a very good chance that the role will become permenant.
