A busy 30 million pa turnover business requires support to administer and liaise across the business to help them achieve seamless financial reporting on a weekly basis. Lots of emailing and telephone calls internally so must be somebody who can build rapport in relationships with their work colleagues that they may never meet face-to-face. And customers who have long-standing strong relationships with the business.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, managing office equipment, and providing administrative assistance. Additional responsibilities include supervising office staff, ensuring smooth operations, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining an organized work environment. The role will also involve coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and assisting with various office projects.
Qualifications
* Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and clients
* Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
* Proficiency with Office Equipment
* Customer Service skills to address inquiries and support office operations
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Previous experience in office management or a similar role is preferred
* A relevant qualification in business administration or related field is beneficial but not essential
