The hours of work will be 40 per week.Rotating shift 6/2 and 2/10 with 12.5% shift allowance.We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer! Carry out routine Maintenance work.Carry out TPM on all equipment.Respond to equipment failures.Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly and safely.Liaise with suppliers, other engineering and production colleagues.Control maintenance tools, stores and equipmentDeal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.Ensure there is continuous cover of machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns. You will be responsible for:Complying with all HSE policies and procedures. Ensuring that Engineering records are accurately maintained & presented in a timely manner.Implementing & supporting rapid breakdown fault finding & rectification.Recommending design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.Breakdowns, fault finding & repair of complex machinery & ancillaries.Initiating improvement in practices, Systems & procedures.Mechanical maintenance.About you!The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures.Teamworking skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levelsGood diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Confidence to respond positively when under pressure.Can do attitudePeople management skills.Apply now if this is a role you would be interested in!
