The Music for Schools Foundation (MfSF) is a registered charity that provides instrumental music lessons to children in primary schools across the UK. Established in 1997, we have taught over 50,000 children to play an instrument. We are passionate about helping schools to access music lesson provision so that children can have the opportunity to learn and develop through music.
We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an additional Music Tuition Administrator to join our small and dedicated team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming enrolments for lessons
* Assign pupils to their tutors and create timetables for lessons
* Communicate with tutors and schools to arrange lessons
* Monitor records of pupil attendance
* Respond to pupil and parent enquiries about lessons
* Provide administrative support to tutors
* Recruit new tutors
* Complete administration and safeguarding checks for new tutors
* Co-ordinate the assessment and training/development of tutors
Your skills:
* Excellent organisational and time-management ability
* Ability to prioritise a varied workload
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
* Friendly and approachable manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
* Previous experience in a similar role
* An understanding of music and/or the ability to play a musical instrument to a competent standard would be an advantage.
