Visual Communications Specialist / Customer Service Rep
FASTSIGNS is hiring for a Visual Communications Specialist to join our team! This role will involve Inside Sales / Customer Service. It offers great growth possibilities, including Branch Manager, Outside Sales, and Graphic Design!

A Successful FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist Will:
* Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
* Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
* Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
* Work with customers through various channels such as email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business
* Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist:
* 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships
* Great listening and organizational skills
* Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
* Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
* Ability to work under pressure to produce high volume, high-quality work
