Job Title: Business Development Lead Company: MarCloud, a leading marketing automation consultancy based in Liverpool, UK. Your goal is to book meetings that convert to Sales Accepted Leads (Opportunities). MarCloud has mostly grown organically through inbound marketing in the past. We are looking for someone truely passionate about prospecting to join our team and continue to grow our Allbound approach to customer acquisition. We have a target rich environment this is a commissionable role. Experience selling in the technology sector or Salesforce ecosystems is an advantage. Our customers are Salesforce customers - experience in the ecosystem is very advantageous. You are: A Closer - you focus on next steps, urgency and getting to the heart of the issue Flexible in communication style and ability to task switch A bottomless supply of grit and determination - you want to 100% the game - with enormous territories you’ll have to be willing to cover a lot of ground to prospect successfully You will: Book meetings with prospects Deliver a monthly quantity of SAL and a monthly amount of Pipeline created Clearly communicate with your stakeholders about next steps with customers Use a selection of calls, email, LinkedIn communication channels to achieve your quota Additional Responsibilities: Meeting generation and responding to Inbound Marketing Supporting our sales team by working leads in Salesforce generated from web, content, events, referrals Drive outbound activity by segment and person targeting on Salesloft cadences Content Activity Craft compelling emails to support your outbound activity, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation. Script impactful conversations for call based outreach that win trust and secure next steps with prospects LinkedIn Social Selling Leverage your presence on LinkedIn, engaging with our audience and being an effective social seller Internal Wiki Support our internal team by creating templates and content for our internal Wiki Events Provide support in organising and executing events, engaging attendees and leveraging this important channel for new business development Innovation Proactively look for new ways to find new Leads. Use data to drive your behavious and hold yourself to a high standard of thoroughness Experience using the tools in our tool kit is an advantage Salesforce Salesloft Linkedin Sales Navigator We will: Provide you with an environment good for success - large territory, proven inbound lead engine, outbound toolkit and guidance for success Support your Salesforce certification journey, and other role specific enablement so you can add more value to our clients and prospective customers Give you freedom to approach your goals in the way you deem most likely to deliver success - we like innovators with bias to action, and data backed assertions that yield new results Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to Eoin Walsh, VP of Sales at MarCloud. Requirements: Demonstrable high performance in a quota carrying business development or sales role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn fast and establish yourself as an authority on the pains our customers experience Ability to collaborate with remote teams and work efficiently with high levels of autonomy.
