Job summary Lion Health is a large, friendly teaching practice serving a population of approximately 28,500 patients. We are based in a modern, recently renovated premises in central Stourbridge. This post is for a permanent ANP/ACP who will work 37.5 hours/week. However, part time positions can be considered. Main duties of the job We are seeking a skilled and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our dynamic team in a General Practice setting. The successful candidate will be an experienced healthcare professional with advanced clinical skills, providing high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of services, including but not limited to minor illness, chronic disease management, and acute presentations. They will be an experienced non-medical prescriber who can work autonomously, with support from the medical team. As an ANP/ACP, you will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team, helping to improve patient outcomes and access to primary care services.
