We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Business Development Manager based in Devon or Dorset. Desireable building relationships with ICB’s, Local Authorities
Benefits you would have
* Salary £50,000 to £53,000
* Uncapped bonus

Our client is a Complex Care provider which specialises in providing services individual service users with complex medical and social care needs.
Leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities. Primarily obtaining new clients and fostering business relationships to increase revenue from sales.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with ICB’s, Local Authorities.
* Drive growth of Complex Care community care.
* Selling services at local and national events
* Work in conjunction with Senior Management to develop new business opportunities
* Identifying key accounts
* Following up on client leads
* Be aware of any new contracts that are out for tender and support the business to make a “Bid or no bid” decision
* Lead on preparing tenders
Skills and Experience...
Experienced in business development within healthcare
A strong track record of delivering sales
Ability to network and build new relationships at all levels
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to sell and present our services with confidence to different audiences
Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Building strong relationships with ICB’s, Local Authorities and Case Management companies throughout the Southwest
Experience of identifying and preparing tenders for services with Local Authorities, NHS Providers and Private Funders
