We are recruiting for individuals who have a genuine interest and passion for building a career in the Electrical Industry. You will have the ability to work with many of our operational teams involving a wide variety of agricultural equipment and electrical maintenance on the estate, all to provide a wide range of experience and learning opportunities. Workshop Machinery Maintenance Support with the electrical aspect of agricultural machinery repairs and maintenance in the workshop. Attend breakdowns of machinery out on the field. Property / Buildings Electrical Work Install, maintain and repair electrical supplies to properties and buildings across the farm/estate. Equipment Ensure all equipment is always in good safe working order, provisioning for timely servicing and repair. The ideal candidate we are looking for: Wants to be part of the future of the Electrical Industry Is a team player who can demonstrate the ability to problem-solve, adapt the way they work, and think logically in how they approach tasks. Has a minimum of 4 GCSE’s including Maths & English 9-4 or equivalent Can communicate with a range of people and work as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
