Contract Type: Short-term Assignment (3-month initial period) About the Role This Financial Services organisation are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the team on a short-term basis to provide critical support during a transitional period. This role will focus on managing a high-volume Employee Relations (ER) caseload with minimal supervision, making it ideal for someone who is confident, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a heavy ER caseload, including disciplinary actions, grievance hearings, and flexible working requests. Provide expert advice and guidance on company policies, processes, and employment legislation. Collaborate with operational teams to address and resolve HR issues effectively. Support the team during an office relocation process, ensuring seamless HR operations. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or Business Partner role, with strong expertise in Employee Relations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high professional standards. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Comfortable with a hybrid working model (remote in December and in-office 3 days/week from January). Adaptability to navigate through organizational transitions and office relocations.
