The Product Analyst explores markets and user feedback for exciting feature opportunities. By assisting the product owner in shaping innovative features, creating user stories, and tracking product performance, you drive innovation. In this position, you will collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to product roadmaps and release plans under the guidance of the Manager of Product Owners and Analysts.
Things that will keep you busy as our Product Analyst:
1. Product Performance: Monitor and understand product metrics and advise stakeholders on optimization.
2. Data Analysis & Research: Use SQL to perform complex data analysis and interpret trends.
3. Validation & Rollout: Plan and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and advise recommendations.
4. Be the Voice of the Customer: Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing, integrating findings into product enhancements.
5. Gather Requirements: Translate requirements into user stories, combining UX, technical specifications, and business input.
6. Report & Present: Lead reporting and strategic presentations, influencing decision-making and strategies.
What will help you be successful in this role:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a technology focus, such as computer science.
* Deep understanding of product domain and users.
* Familiarity with user-centric hypothesis-based problem solving.
* Deep knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
* Basic programming skills to test initial hypotheses when supporting a technical product.
* Previous experience in an e-commerce environment.
* Experience with Agile teams.
* A curiosity about business data and an understanding of customer insights.
