We have an enviable reputation in the industry for providing a high-class service to our retailers, with some very long-term relationships that have been established over many years. We also welcome new retailers to join our network of resellers and we actively seek new customers to expand our domestic network even further. The function of this role is to grow sales through building strong relationships with new partners, whilst maintaining the excellent relationships that we have with our existing trade customers. You will provide first-class sales support, taking responsibility for processing trade orders from the first point of contact through to final invoicing and despatch. Reporting into the Sales Office Manager, you will be working alongside our small but enthusiastic and motivated team within the Sales & Exports Office and Finished Goods Stores. Managing the sales pipeline and progress including updating the CRM system, tracking leads
In conjunction with our Field Sales team, generating new sales leads with potential customers
and establishing contact via email outreach, networking and referrals.
• Liaising with the Field Sales team to ensure all sales opportunities are identified and actioned
Delivering sales support to customers in a professional friendly manner.
• Working closely with colleagues within the sales, finance and production departments to
Promoting PECO products, services and products as appropriate to generate sales
Monitoring backorders and taking action as appropriate.
• Providing general administration services to other members of the sales and finished goods

Be able to demonstrate computer literacy, ideally having experience with Sage 200, CRM systems, Microsoft suite of programmes including excel, and potentially ERP (desirable). • Have a polite and confident telephone manner. • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - preferably but not exclusively in the B2B environment. • Be able to maintain strong relationships through rapport building, and trust.
