Role purpose: This role will be a part of the OE and Transformation team, accountable for design and delivery of the VOIS organisational effectiveness and transformation strategy and plans across the VOIS footprint globally, covering 8 countries and over 30,000 colleagues.
The Senior HR Transformation Manager plays a pivotal role in driving and managing the top strategic transformation initiatives within VOIS that are led by HR and within the Human Resources (HR) function. This role is responsible for leading complex change projects that enhance people processes, develop organisational capability, HR digitalisation, and overall organizational effectiveness. The role ensures all such transformation projects are led and delivered successfully and on time with the desired business impact. The role will work closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of transformation programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
With the Communications and Engagement accountability, the role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives. This role ensures that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's transformation goals. The Senior HR Transformation Manager will work closely with internal communications, senior leadership, business operations and transformation, and various departments to craft clear, consistent, and compelling messages that drive successful change management and activation. The role is also dotted line reporting into the Head of Communications for VOIS.
What you’ll do
* Support Business Transformation: Collaborate with GMT / TX Director to ensure successful execution of VOIS transformation projects underpinned by key people priorities.
* Lead HR Transformation Initiatives: Design and implement strategic HR transformation projects to align HR practices with business objectives (i.e., VOIS capability plan, FRHR).
* Optimize HR/People Processes: Identify areas for improvement in current HR processes and systems, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR and business leaders (particularly BO&TX Director) to understand their needs and ensure HR initiatives support overall business goals.
* Comms and Engagement: Accountable for planning and coordinating VOIS transformation communications and business activation end to end, working with the business and respective Service Tower Comms leads.
* Project manage communications roadmap for transformation working closely with relevant programme stakeholders and comms team members.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of people transformation projects, using data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Who you are
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
* Proven track record in delivering impactful results in large-scale transformation projects in challenging environments of multinational companies.
* Strong change management skills and ability to identify business problems and suggest solutions.
* Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of HR.
* Exceptional communication skills, exposure to senior leadership team executives.
* Cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence when dealing with C-suite directors and diverse senior stakeholders.
* Strong project management skills.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
* University graduate senior professional with several years of related experience preferably in Telco/Tech/BPO Industry.
* Strong project management skills (consulting background is a plus).
* Strong ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and track record in internal comms/engagement during a transformation is needed.
* Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
* High level of Leadership skills with an ability to navigate a matrix organisation in diverse geographical locations.
* Analytical-minded, innovative, adaptable, team player, and leader.
