Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Clinical Administration Service within the Emergency Department. To work at the Hull Royal Infirmary site on the ground floor, we are looking for enthusiastic people with previous customer service experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibly and are able to organise and prioritise their workload. Good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with members of the public. Main duties of the job We are looking to recruit 1 x 30hr post to work within our busy Emergency Department on a 24/7 shift rota basis. working 4 x 7.5hour shifts, shift patterns are below: 07.00-15.00- 15.00-23.00 23.00-07.00 the candidate will be given a mixture of all 3 shift patterns on a 4 week rota basis. The shifts will be unset to start but then potential for set shifts given. Flexibility is essential in this role due to the nature of the department, shift patterns will be given 6 weeks in advance. Enhancements will be paid for night shifts and weekend shifts. This role is based in our busy Emergency department in Hull Royal Infirmary. The successful candidate will join our fantastic 50 strong team of administrators covering all 6 Emergency receptions desks throughout the emergency department and acute assessment ward on a 24/7 shift rota basis. Although previous administration experience is desirable, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting, those with a 'can do' attitude and importantly due to the nature of the work, people who have a flexible approach to working.
