Job summary People Partner-Medical Staffing is a key member of the People Directorate Management Team and is responsible for the strategic planning and operational delivery of a comprehensive Medical HR service in conjunction with the Medical recruitment team which supports delivery of the Trust's People Strategy and NHS People Plan The post holder will be experienced in the management and application of Medical staffing terms and conditions and contracts and ensure that doctors, managers, and medical leaders have access to high quality medical HR services and that customer experience, innovation and improvement is a core component of their work. Main duties of the job They will provide expertise on the National Medical Terms and Conditions, Junior Doctor Contract, Consultant contract, SAS Doctor Contract, policy development for recruitment and retention, job planning, appraisals, revalidation, rota design, medical workforce transformation and workforce planning. The post holder acts as the Trust lead for medical workforce matters and provides business focused advice to the Deputy Director of People- HR Operations and Resourcing, Assistant Director of HR Operations, Chief Medical Officer, and other senior leaders.
