Working hours/days: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
2. Handle incoming queries regarding pensions.
3. Build relationships with customers.
4. Upload documents onto an internal system.
General Requirements:
1. Experience working in a similar role.
2. Good numeracy and literacy skills.
3. Punctual and self-motivated.
4. Able to work on basic IT systems.
