About The Role
This role leads both Specialised teams (Accessible Vehicles and Micromobility) to deliver commercially robust and dynamic outcomes. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle and the delivery of services through our partner networks. You will lead on the creation and delivery of visionary strategic plans that drive the best outcome for our customers, partner networks and business.
The role will be responsible for defining and designing a new business model that takes into consideration the changing specialised environment, customer needs and the importance of a commercially sustainable proposition. You will be accountable for defining commercial frameworks - pricing principles, partnership programmes, customer support etc., to maximise the return on the financial investments provided by the business.
You will be responsible for the Specialised proposition, overseeing the commercial working relationships across the Accessible Vehicle scheme and the Micromobility scheme to drive outcomes customers today and in the future.
You will lead the creation of a new Specialised Product function, working collaboratively and effectively across the business and Motability to deliver products and services that meet the needs of our customers and engage partner networks with the commercial opportunity on offer. In partnership with Customer Operations, you will define the supplier and installer customer experience touchpoints and manage partner performance in the delivery of excellent customer service.
About You

Minimum criteria:
* Experience of the automotive or micromobility industry
* Experience of managing a P&L
* Leadership of a team responsible for commercial negotiations and customer proposition deliverables
* Experience of managing accountabilities that deliver great outcomes for customers, manufacturers, suppliers and the business
* Considerable experience of working and influencing third party strategic plans
* Proven experience of delivery within a challenging environment
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
