As part of these teams, you will develop various skills, building upon your studies and previous professional experience.
What skills and academic qualifications do I need?
You will need to have obtained or be studying towards at least a 2:1 in any degree discipline, and have graduated by September 2025, as well as achieved at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre-2017) for your A levels (or equivalent), at least a grade 4 (C) in English language and at least a grade 6 (B) in Maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent).
What kind of work will I do?
You will be joining one of our client-facing teams making a lasting impact to clients across all industries:
* Cloud Strategy & Architecture (CS&A) – Helping our clients to imagine, define & deliver their modernisation journey through deep specialisation in Cloud Strategy, FinOps, Architecture, Business Applications, Migration & Digital Workplace. We enable our clients by showing them "why", "what" and "how" to bring Cloud into their organization – driving business innovation, agility and cost savings for the digital era.
* Quality Engineering (QE) – Delivering unrivalled outcomes to clients and society through innovation, technology and a commitment to quality by fostering a collaborative & inclusive environment that values diversity, honesty & individuality. Our Quality Engineering teams provide market-leading testing and quality delivery services across industries with an automation-first approach that leverages next-gen technologies.
* Technology Programme Delivery (TPD) – We are the resilient delivery drumbeat, conducting an integrated approach to tech transformation across all industries. We operate at the heart of complex transformation programmes, applying best practice and experience to match our clients’ needs and ever-changing demands of the global market.
What’s in it for me?
As a Graduate (Analyst) joining Technology & Transformation:
* You will be supported from your first day by our dedicated Technology & Transformation Early Experience team along with Early Talent senior sponsors from your team.
* You will attend our amazing Analyst Induction Programme (AIP) alongside your Technology & Transformation Analyst peer group to learn about our company, culture and how we work – and to build your network here at Deloitte.
* You will get an opportunity to practice the key skills you’ll need on client projects. AIP is initially a week-long in-person event which includes engaging talks, group activities and immersive simulation challenges.
* You will meet many team members from your business area, including your People Leader and Resource Manager, and make a few friends along the way.
* Following the first week of AIP with your T&T colleagues, you will continue to be set up for success for your future career through Engineering specific training. This will take place for a few more weeks - all exciting and very relevant to your future client/project engagements.
* You will have the opportunity to network with colleagues at all levels of seniority and have access to lunch and learns, mentors and more!
Upon being offered a role, you will be assigned a buddy who has been in your position, and they will be your informal point of contact for any queries, and to offer insight and guidance ahead of joining.

* Certifications – Depending on business demand and your personal goals, you will have the option to undertake technical certifications (e.g. Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) etc.). Through direct interactions with the biggest cloud hyperscalers and key technology partnerships, our people are experts in delivering alongside alliances.
