We are seeking an Admin Manager for our client based in Canterbury.
Our client is a SEND educational provider working with children. Currently, they have over 300 children attending classes and over 200 Tutors/Teachers, as well as auxiliary staff.
The Admin Manager will be responsible for managing tutors, children, and paperwork. The role involves collating all paperwork into one system and serving as the focal point for tutors and children regarding questions about timetables. Additionally, the Admin Manager will assist with creating timetables for children and tutors.
Responsibilities include collating information on exams and entering it into spreadsheets.
Candidates must have excellent Excel skills, as all paperwork will be managed using Excel spreadsheets. Experience within a school environment is preferred.
Hours of work can be full-time or part-time, as our client is very flexible.
