Our client based in Cambridgeshire require German Customer Service Advisors
Job Role:
1. Answering customer queries and processing incoming customer requests via phone.
2. Making outgoing phone calls to customers where appropriate in order to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
3. Proactively develop relationships where possible, building opportunities with both new and existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer retention at all times.
4. Ensure a proactive, flexible and positive approach at all times when handling customer requests.
5. Keep up to date with processes, and ensure a thorough understanding of the company’s business structure and product portfolio. There is no requirement to give advice on specific product recommendations.
Candidate Profile:
1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
2. Must be fluent in both oral and written English and German.
3. Excellent IT skills.
4. Knowledge of sales process and ordering systems is desirable but not essential.
This role involves a mixture of home and office working, however we do ask that candidates are able to commute to our St Neots Office.
Shifts and Salary:
* X10 - 5 week rotation (Late Sat) - £26,575
o Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07:00 – 15:15
o Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 07:30 – 15:45 and Saturday 11:45 – 20:00
o Week 3: Monday to Friday. 11:00 – 19:15
o Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 08:00 – 16:15 and Saturday 09:45- 18:00
o Week 5: Monday to Friday. 11:45 – 20:00
* X6 - 5 week rotation (Standard) £26,500
o Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07:00 – 15:15 UK Time
o Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 07:30 – 15:45 UK Time
o Week 3: Monday to Friday. 11:00 – 19:15 UK Time
o Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 08:00 – 16:15 UK Time
o Week 5: Monday to Friday. 11:45 – 20:00 UK Time
