Job Description We are hiring Warehouse Customer Assistants Come and join our friendly team of warehouse customer assistants, at our Fulfilment Centre for Waitrose, Greenford Wincanton (Waitrose) Customer Fulfilment Centre, Rockware Avenue, Greenford, UB6 0AA – Please note there is no onsite parking available We are now recruiting a high volume of Warehouse Customer Assistants, to support our Customer Fulfilment Centre for Waitrose, Greenford. The site is 24 hours a day, 7 day a week warehouse and transport operation. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service that we’re known for at Waitrose & Partners by accurately selecting products for our online customers ensuring products selected meet all the required criteria i.e., substitutes, date codes in our customer fulfilment centre. Working Pattern: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (working a minimum of 2 of the 4 days) AM shift starting time is 14:00-22:00 Within this role, you will: Pick customer orders accurately, safely, and according to targets. Work with Enthusiasm, friendly personality, and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers Store and replenish goods accurately and safely within the set targets. Load and unload vehicles to schedule accurately recording appropriate details. Work across all temperature (ambient and chilled environments and handle alcohol and meat.
