The opportunity & role responsibilities:
* Location: Telford
* Full-time role: Monday - Friday
* ASAP Start - July 2025
* £450 - £490 per week – term time only
* Undertake various administrative and development duties, working towards improving standards, student achievements, and enhancing the overall learner experience.
* Work closely with teaching staff to ensure students receive high quality support in the Sixth Form.
Who are Step Into Teaching?
We are a pre teacher training programme that is designed to support and encourage graduates like yourself to choose teaching. We will typically provide you with one years’ worth of practical school-based experience that is an essential foundation for a long-lasting successful career in teaching, educational psychology or counselling. This experience will allow you to qualify for teacher training in the future but will also give you insight into whether teaching is for you.

For this role, the ideal graduate will:
* Hold a degree in Religious Studies (or similar) with a 2:2 or above.

* Be able to take direction and take initiative when required.
* Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Have a creative and reflective mindset within the classroom.
* Be able to deliver well-structured support sessions to individuals and prepare classroom materials.
