Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant, to work in one of our local Primary schools based in Worthing. As a teaching assistant, you will be providing general classroom support, liaising with the class teacher, and be working with small groups of children on an intervention basis. You may also be required 1:1 to support children with additional needs.

Start: January
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-3.30pm
The Role:
- Providing general classroom support, as well as small group sessions and 1:1 support
- Working with students with additional needs such as Autism and Learning Difficulties
- Full Time role starting in April.

The Candidate:
- Experience working with children in a primary school or youth work setting
- Teaching Assistant qualification is desired but not essential
- Maths and English C level or above
- Good classroom control and behaviour management
