Interim Finance Manager Cambridge, UKFixed-Term - 12 monthsup to £50,000Hybrid working (minimum of 2-3 days on site per week)I am looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to support my client on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave within the team.Working on a hybrid basis you'll spend 2-3 days a week on site in their Cambridge office and be responsible for: Managing a small finance team Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Providing insightful financial analysis to aid decision-making. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Overseeing month-end and year-end processes. Supporting with internal and external audit processes To be successful, you will have: ACA, ACCA, CIMA part qualified or newly qualifiedProven experience in a similar level of roleStrong technical accounting skills and a keen eye for detail.People management experienceThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and professional interim contractor to take on a rewarding interim role in a well known and reputable company.
