Job summary We are looking for a highly motivated Community Phlebotomist to join our Community Nursing Team based in Fakenham, Wells, Holt and Sheringham on a fixed term contract until May 2026. Working in the picturesque North Norfolk area our patch our patch covers a wide area delivering services for patients at all 4 GP surgeries. Main duties of the job Collection of blood samples from patients in accordance with agreed procedures. To ensure samples taken from patients are correctly identified by using the labels provided on the ICE forms, or clearly writing on the label in line with requesting services guidelines as appropriate.
