If you enjoy being creative, energetic, and can bring a sense of fun to our community, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support and care to children and young people in a residential setting. Engage in activities that promote social, emotional, and educational development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages growth and well-being. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular team meetings. Requirements: At least 6 months of experience supporting children and young people in a residential or similar setting. Level 3 in Residential Childcare is essential. A Level 4 in Residential Childcare is desirable but willingness to work towards You must be a driver with a clean license and have access to a car for work-related activities.
