Location: Baingstoke
Contract Type: Temporary | Start Date: April 21, 2025 | Duration: 6 Weeks | Full Time 8.30aqm - 4.30pm
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Services Co-ordinator, you'll be the friendly face and voice for customers post-legal completion.
Connecting with customers after legal completion and maintaining contact throughout the warranty period.
Managing customer expectations through effective communication.
Issuing documentation to assist homeowners in understanding their new homes.
Ensuring data accuracy in the customer service operating system.
Coordinating remedial tasks efficiently with field staff.
Maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external partners. What We're Looking For:
Bring your skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm to the role! The ideal candidate will possess:
Exceptional customer service and empathy.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong relationship-building abilities.
Experience communicating through various media.
Knowledge of residential property and construction is a plus!
