Nunthorpe Academy are seeking an Assistant Headteacher Behaviour and Attitudes to work with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher Behaviour and Attitudes to develop and maintain high standards and to ensure that all priorities in the School Improvement Plan relating to behaviour, safety and attitudes are met.
The successful candidate will also support the Deputy Headteacher Behaviour and Attitudes in leading the pastoral team and managing robust systems to ensure the safety, wellbeing and high attendance of all students.
We are looking for someone that is approachable, with excellent communication skills who can effectively build relationships and partnerships throughout the school, the local community and across the Trust.
The Assistant Headteacher will act as a source of support expertise. Supporting the Senior Leadership Team and overseeing related decisions to ensure the vision of Nunthorpe as a learning centred organisation is clearly articulated, shared, understood and acted upon effectively by all.
