We are looking for a Client Care Manager to lead and develop a multi-site Client Care team! In this role, you will be leading a team of 20 staff across 9 sites and will inspire and coach the team to provide the best level of customer care. Experience of managing a large team is essential.
The role will involve:
1. Delivering induction training.
2. Selecting and training new recruits and role modelling best practice behaviours in a busy call centre/reception setting.
3. Prioritising and managing conflicting tasks in a role where no two days are the same.
4. Holding management meetings where you can bring your ideas regarding how we can enhance our service.
5. Absence management and performance management; support will be provided.
6. Reporting to the Practice Managers and providing key support to the rest of the management team in a busy hospital environment.
7. Delivering reception rotas to cover 9 sites up to 7 days a week and ensuring that KPIs are met.
8. Daily banking, dealing with client queries, and supporting the clinical team in order to provide the best care possible.
About the rota:
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday with shifts between 8:00am-7:00pm. Weekends are on rotation.
